Stage Four Squamous Cell of the Anus, with Lymph Node
Posted: Tue Oct 15, 2013 9:14 amMy fourty four year old husband has stage four squamous cell cancer, which has spread to his lymph nodes. Diagnosed in April 2012...did chemo and radiation which the cancer did not respond to. He had abdominal perianal resection surgery in August, and got all his lymph nodes on left side cut out, but it has now gone to right side lymph nodes, and pretty bad on the skin on the groin area. Starting Chemo on friday for symptom management, they say it will not cure him.
